SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms & Conditions explain how Fortify Property Solutions LLC (“Fortify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) communicates by text message. By voluntarily opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Our text messages are primarily conversational and service-related. Messages may include responses to inquiries, estimate follow-up, appointment or access coordination, scheduling reminders, work-status updates, requests for documentation, completion notices, invoice or payment reminders, and customer-support communications.

We will not send unrelated promotional text messages unless you have separately provided any consent required by applicable law.

2. OPT-IN AND CONSENT

You must select the SMS consent checkbox before the contact form can be submitted. The checkbox is not preselected. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided. You consent to receive recurring text messages from Fortify Property Solutions at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, active assignment, scheduling needs, and communication preferences. We do not guarantee a specific number of messages.

4. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Fortify Property Solutions does not charge a separate fee for text messages. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan.

5. OPT-OUT

You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. We may also recognize END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent.

Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from communicating through another method when needed to respond to your request, perform an authorized service, meet a contractual obligation, or comply with law.

7. DELIVERY AND CARRIER TERMS

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Text-message delivery can be affected by network availability, device settings, carrier filtering, or other circumstances outside our control. Not all carriers or devices may support every message feature.

8. PRIVACY

We use mobile information to manage service inquiries, scheduling, project coordination, status updates, documentation, and support. We do not sell or rent mobile information.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share limited information with communications-platform providers, wireless carriers, and vendors that help us deliver and support the messaging service, or when required by law.

9. NUMBER CHANGES

If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile number, please notify us promptly or reply STOP before the change when possible. You agree not to provide a number you do not own or have authority to use.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
